I was referred to Maryann by a family friend. We moved from Pennsylvania and it was so scary. After meeting Maryann to discuss buying a home. I was instantly comfortable and put at ease. She would be the best person for the job. She got to know us and what we wanted. Since we were out of state everything was over phone. We flew down and were on a mission to find our dream home. We bid on a few homes but nothing really panned out. After flying back home she found our perfect home. We settled this past October. She even set us up with insurance places as well as any necessary contractors we may need. Hands down best Realtor ever and I made a great friend out of the deal.
